Regular meetings have been scheduled.

Reporting Deadlines

This is the list of Section and Group Committee reporting deadlines:

• August 15, 2010 - Early registrations and payments are due to the Group Registrar
  
  
• August 29, 2010 - preferred due date for Section budgets and outline activity plans for 2009-10 to the Group Commissioner
  
  
• August 29, 2010 - Group Registrar must finish submitting early registrations to NS and into Scouts MMS
  
  
• September 30, 2010 - Section budgets and outline activity plans for 2010-11 are due to the Group Commissioner
  
  
• September 30, 2010 - Group Annual Return for 2009-10 and Group Charter Renewal for 2010-11 are due to NS
  
  
• September 30, 2010 - Group Registrar must finish submitting 2009-10 regular youth and adult registrations to NS and into Scouts MMS.
